That is for setting up a wireless network on your computer. Or setting up a secure connection. I think your problem is something other than that since you have a wireless connection already. Your problem is most likely as UKbobboy suggested a driver or something along those lines.A bad install of windows will also do the same thing.I do believe I would be more assertive with the geek squad if it were me and make them fix it. If you keep messing around with it they will be able to say it was something you did. Just ask they why millions of people can run LimeWire but after they fixed your computer you can't.
