Default Questions on BSOD

I started getting the BSOD lately. I dont get it when I turn on "Automatically Restart" under system failure in Computer Properties, but my computer just automatically restarts instead without the BSOD
Basically, this error occurs whenever I try to Connect in Limewire. Java doesn't seem to be the problem. I've lately also gotten my computer reformated and upgraded. I have an Intel Celeron Processor, not sure what kind. And Im not a computer expert.

I've read through many posts, and I've come to a couple of conclusions. But I have a couple of questions regarding them:

I've read that one solution to this problem is to download Service Pack 2. Can anyone give me a direction link to it?

How can I tell if I already have SP2 installed? -because SP2 might be causing the problem instead-

I've also read that I have to download some new driver (2200BG), but isn't this causing the problem?

I might come up with some more questions.
But any help would be greately appreciated.
