The don't have to connect to the Internet to fix your problem. All they have to do is turn your computer on and start LimeWire. The reason they can not work with LimeWire is because it shows there is a problem and they need to fix it. If you remove LimeWire then there is no problem so they don't have to fix it. They are using LimeWire as an excuse so the do not have to fix what they messed up. If it were me I would tell them that I believe the last number was 1.5 million computers are currently running LimeWire and they are not getting the BSoD.
