Hi all.

I just downloaded and installed LimeWire for Windows. When I start up, I first get the greenish LimeWire screen, followed by a screen titled "Language options". But apart from the title box, I only see a grey screen, like in the attached screenshot.

I have the same problem when running Java applications. And maybe it isn't connected to this, but if I run a racing game, it crashes as well and it looks like a DirectX problem (I have DirectX 9.0c). Maybe there are problems with DirectX?

Does anyone know (how to solve) this problem?

My OS is Windows 98 SE.
