The shortcut target is set for "My Computer" for some reason. How do you reset the target to launch Limewire?

You need to do a right click on your shortcut, and select the properties menu item. You should have a target that looks something like this:
"C:\Program Files\JavaSoft\JRE\1.4\bin\javaw" -classpath . RunLime with the double quotes "" and spaces included. Your path needs to be where ever you installed java, don't just copy the above line. Do a [START -> SEARCH] and look for the file called javaw.exe Use the path that points to it. cheers! chance [email protected] |
