I went to Download .com and couldn't find a player for AVI video that will work with Win 98. Yes I know I need a newer OS but can anyone turn me on to something that will work?? A player with brightness and contrast adjustments is preferred!! Thanks !!!

I think the biggest problem you are going to have is with your box...if you are running 98se, then your box is ancient, and may not be up to processing the info in a modern day XviD file...
I remember running win98se on a PIII 1GHz with 512 ram, and it barely (and sometimes not) sufficed... |
