The way to uninstall LW is Start > All Progs > LW, click & take the uninstall option. You could try to install a new version (this will automatically uninstall the old one) & then uninstall that one the right way. When you had LW installed before, did you have a problem with it popping up all the time & not staying closed??
Try doing as I suggested, if it doesn't work then try using the computer's search & deleting all LW files. After this, if the message still pops up then it sounds like you have a virus. But don't panic, you can go to Norbiesworld, register & follow the directions for free computer help.

It's really important to scan every file that you download with your AV program before opening!
