I can't get my basic upgraded to pro
I am starring at my approved transaction Reference # VKMCOA483ECDb and yet they can't find me by my ****** address.Yet I'm copying it vebatum from the billing copy. There is no other way to contact them to give me my upgrade!
  How do I resolve this?

Did you purchase the Pro from http://www.limewire.com And how much did you pay for Pro....
