Please respond...Win XP Pro issues
What are the compatiblity issues with Windows XP Pro.?
And please respond so others may see and understand.

Humm
Well I installed 1.7c when I had Win98SE Then I did a clean install of XP After Installing Sun JAVA I was able to run 1.7c even tho I had never actually installed it under XP So it would seem that 1.7c works, I don't know about 1.8 as I refuse to touch it (see other threads as to why) I can't say if the 1.7c install program will work with XP as I can't seem to find it on the web (all download sites have changed to 1.8) Vonotar
