![]() Hey folks, I am using Windows OneCare and have been overjoyed to dump Norton and the rest but my LimeWire Pro 4.12.6 also is maxing the CPU. I tried all the above mentioned steps then I just let my machine (P4, 2 Gig RDRAM & 1.2 TB HDD's) sit at max for 1 hour or so and it all returned to normal. It should not do this as I have another machine same spec that it does not do it to. I suspect software incompatiblity somewhere like Pinnacle Server or the like but I am now leary of restarting my machine. I will keep trying to isolate the process that causes this and will let you know if I am successful. ![]() |
