I'm glad I don't understand what you said, as it doesn't apply to the helpers on this forum anyway. lol

Problems are generally user based. eg: what they download or can't download. What they can't install properly due to dirty registries, or complexities with their particular system. Unreliable connection to a particular site to install online, etc. Or other problems due to their setup & devices.
