videos won't launch from library

just recently, my videos have stopped launching from the library. it's never done this before. these are videos that would open before. now i have to go into explore and find the videos in the shared files folder.

i know its pretty much an issue of convenience, but can somone please tell me why its happening and how to fix it

Have you changed your default video player?
I know that VLC player won't launch or preview within LW for Windows users, are you using VLC?

Hmmm...I'm not sure. Have you updated WMP recently?
Do they launch from the library if you use another player?

Someone else might have a few more ideas

i did update it to the v11 beta, but i rolled it back to 10, cuz honestly, it sucked lol

I'm only guessing here (I don't use WMP) but go back through all of your options within WMP & make sure that no settings have changed. Maybe updating changed something & the change has remained, even after rolling back to WMP10.
