Angry Cursor trails

I just installed the latest LimeWire on my WinXP machine and I'm noticing a VERY ANNOYING cursor trail which looks like the LimeWire window. I have looked everywhere on how to turn it off but cannot find the setting. HELP!!!

Which version of Java are you using? I recall something similar about a mouse issue a couple of years ago but the problem was solved after updating Java.

It may also be related to mouse settings (speed) in your system, or video card settings.
