Laptop to Laptop Library Transfer

Hi
I am new to all this and want to transfer my Limewire library from one laptop to another. What will happen if I just hook my Ipod up to the new computer? Easiest method is appreciated as I'm not that experienced with technical computer stuff. Thanx in advance.
