limiting connections
does anyone know if there is a way to limit the amount of network connections limewire uses... my schools firewall is locking me out

Sure ... connect outside of the school is the best advice. Most schools now shape or block or firewall p2p programs. You could try a higher port listening port under the LW advanced options firewall setting. But probably not the real answer.
