I cant open my videos.
I click and I even try to launch, but it dosent work!
I am a Basic user and I have it set to use the default player for my computer.
Help?

It sounds like a codec issue...Check this sticky out for information on codecs and alternate players...One of the more popular players is the VLC player it has all the codecs already installed....
