Plz Help PC Freez

Hi i have a big problem with LW when im downloading something my pc hang (freez). nothing work not even the mouse move and i have just reinstalled windows but that didnt help too im using Wireless connection and Kaspesky internet security 6.0 , windows xp professinal SP2 Plz Help
