Why does Limewire use so much memory? Once it had been running for 5 minutes, it used 50 megabytes of memory! I think this is due to Java engine inside Limewire. It sucks badly.

From memory, 60 MB of ram is the minimum requirement for using LW. The less incomplete files & less shared files you have (keep shared under a few thousand) then the less ram it will use.
