Default Sharing Library Across User Accounts in XP

Isnt there a way to share one library across different user accounts on the same notebook computer in XP Media Center Edition?

I have a few different user accounts (ALL belonging to myself) and would like whatever I download to be visible in the library, regardless of what account I use.

Call me crazy, but I could swear that when I first installed Limewire on one of my other accounts, when I looked at the library, it WAS shared. Now, maybe because of a configuration setting I changed, the libraries are different in each account, and only show what I downloaded IN that account. Please advise.

Thanks.
