Sounds like things have become jumbled.

Follow thease instructions exactly.
So, you need to Go, Start/All Programs/LimeWire n Uninstall all L/W versions.
Do Not Uninstall From Change or Remove Programs.
Re BOOT Your computer NOW.

Now Go to, Start/Search/click on all files n folders/more advanced options/
& make sure, case sensitive, is not ticked. (all other boxes should be ticked)
Now!!, Put limewire in box, (all or part of file name) & click search.
Delete everything found, including Prefetch folder, (I mean everything)
Re BOOT Your computer NOW.

Now! Go to,
START/Set Program Access/Change or Remove Programs,
now completely remove all versions of java.
Re BOOT Your computer NOW.

Now! Use this Link to get JRE 6, Use the off line installer, NOT the (recormended) one,
http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp
When Download is completed.
Disconnect from internet, close ALL apps n reinstall java.

Now!! Use this link to download latest L/W version using the off line installer
http://www.limewire.com/

I would folow the info in the post above First, then configur your new router
Give full router name n numbers & i'll find setup page.

the only name it has is Belkin Wireless G router

PCI card is DWL-520+ and the router is a Belkin Wireless G router (part # F5D7230-4)

no, i mean i finished that step, it still shuts down on me.

Try the latest Beta version (4.13.2).

i have tried the latest beta version and the same thing happens.

it is very aggravating, you pay for pro and you can not do anything

I Tried it all again this morning. it worked for about 2 minutes then shut down. now it almost shuts down immediatley when opened.

I just can not get this to work. And it started all of a sudden. it worked for years. i did not install any new programs that may have a software conflict. I do not get it
