Hotshizzle55.
Make sure you update Deffs in AVG first then Re Boot your computer in safe mode, & scan again, Delete all found.
When you've done this restart computer, then try system restore to a point
before U D/L the bad file.
Please post back to give us feedback. Tell us if you have your files back, or not. thank you.
Peace.

Hmmm, I'd say your files could be gone and there might be nothing more you can do to get them back...As this is a fairly new virus we are in the dark about the causes and symtoms of it as well...

I must say that you need to be really careful with every download, make sure files are always over 2000KBs, do not download any zip, exe, wma, wmv files...Don't download any programs or games...It's just to dangerous...

Always Scan your file before playing it, you can do this by going to your shared folder outside of limewire (to find this folder click on one of your files in your LW library and click on explore)
That will open up your shared folder, now right click on your file and you will see the option to scan it with your AV and Spyware Scanner....
If you make this a habit you will stay safe...
WARNING: Viruses on network you should be aware of!

And don't DL any files that are 807kb. So far I have not heard that AVG will get rid of the virus. I have only heard that it will catch it and delete or quarantine it before you open the file. I believe that if you already have it your OS is toast. So far the only way I have found to get rid of it is to Re-Format and Re-install Windows. If any body knows of another way to get rid of it please let us know.
