I installed the pro version and still get the pop up message with each start up. How to I check to make sure I really got the pro version and eliminate the pop up?

This was the first install of Limewire on this system. No previous problems. The Limewire program is the 4.12.11 version. It works great. I was just wanting to get rid of the pop up.

I am guessing you have been scammed and you bought the Pro package from one of the many scam sights out there. The link below may be of some help.

If you guys do not issue refunds for LimeWire PRO software purchases, who is going to guarantee me that the features that you guys are saying like, Better search results, Turbo-charged download speeds, Connection to more sources, are actually going to be true.

LimeWire Basic is there for people to test & see if they like it before paying for
the full Monty.
So you just pass your car test!!! Would you go straight out n bye a raceing car. Using P2P well, its a skill and there's lots too it, If you cant do it with basic, then forget Pro, Read the forums and learn the tricks, then you will be
able to make Pro Perform. OH!! and having a genuin coppy of LimeWire HELPS.
