 1. Reinstall Java. Use the JRE offline installer, remove your current version before you install the new one. http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp 2. Delete LW's preferences folder. See points 2 & 3 below. If you've used LW versions in the past, older than 4.9.34, you could have a preferences folder in point 2's location as well. Fixes for LimeWire This will kill all settings within options, you'll have to go back through & reset things later. 3. Reinstall LW & make sure to use the offline installer (not the recommended one).  |
