Do you have Windows XP Media Center Edition? If not did you download a program movie player? To make Windows Media Player use it right click the file and click properties. It will say open with (the program you are mentioning) click the change button and a box with a list of programs will come up. Click Windows Media Player and click ok. Then click ok to the properties box and then try to play the movie.

Mario_Fan64,
You have to open the file in windows. An easy way to do that is to find the file in the LW library, hi-lite the file and click the "explore" button. Find the file you want, right click it, > properties > opens with > change, and select WMP, > OK > apply. See: Setting Default video app
