this error keeps poping up how do i sort it out?
ive tryed restart it only got the error again after a couple of mins

internal error happens when i have it minimissed for to long but now im getting speeds between 0-1 for no reson ussually i get 19-20 on some then it just shoots down to 0 wtf is going on

What exactly does the error message say?

Try deleting your LW Preferences folder while LW is closed; instructions here: Point #3 in Fixes for Limewire

If you have a lot of files in the queue waiting to d/load, cut it back to just a couple and see if that helps.
