I have only heard of that padlock symbol once before. I can't recall what the problem was. Perhaps you can search the forum for padlock or lock. The junk filter needs to be trained. You need to train it. The more similar files you designate as spam to the filter, it will after a while recognise by itself & filter out automatically.
