Try this In Limewire Library, highlight a file mp3, avi or whatever you wish then click on explore, in the bottom left corner. This will take you to the shared folder outside of Limewire Try to play from this folder, What if anything happens ? |
I have tried that before when I was reading other posts. It doesnt open on my Windows Media Player. It tells me that I have no audio device. And it plays on VLC but I have no sound. |
It sounds like you need to troubleshoot your sound device & maybe reinstall the sound drivers. Look through the sound devices for settings & return to Default Sorry I use Creative so I cant walk you through that. think If theres anything els that you have done just before you had this prob |
I can't think of anything else that would cause the sound not to work when I'm playing files on Limewire and iTunes. All I can think of is that CyberLink PowerDVD thing. Hmm..... maybe my uncle could look at it. He might be able to fix it. Do you think that could help? |
I believe you need to go to Audio devices, click on Hardware N troubleshoot or restart,Audio device. If uncle is Com savi, he should know how. Your servant, Peace. |
Its still being weird. My uncle's more computer saavy than I so I'll ask him. But Thank You! I so appreciate the time you've wasted trying to help me. I'm sorry I couldn't fix it even after all the help that you've given. |
Try using the VLC when its fixed, I think you will like it. sorry I cant help more Good luck. Peace. |
