 Problem with Sharing Files Hello. I would like to know if anyone else has had this happen to them. When I click on the Library tab, all of the My Documents folders show up. I have tried reinstalling LimeWire Pro 4.12.6 and making sure to use the option of not sharing. The files still show up there. What am I doing wrong? I had this same version before doing a System Restore (full destructive) about 2 weeks ago and I never had those files show up. Furthermore I made the mistake of deleting a file only to find that it was gone from My Documents (original place). Forgive me if this has been covered before, but I searched in the forums before posting this. Thank you in advance to anyone who can help.  Riverman.  |

| You can right click the files and choose to not share them. If it's the whole folder, then unshare the folder. When you installed LW, did you allow it to search your hdd for files to share? That may be why it's sharing files from your documents folder. I never allow it to search for files on it's own. Files deleted from the LW library don't go to the recycle bin, unless your using the beta version. Deleting Files From Limewire Library-don"t - File recovery advice!

| Thanks for the reply. I did not allow LW to search for files. The real problem I have is that those files are there in the first place. I have not had them show up before when I have installed LW in the past. I will try to uninstall/re-install and see if I missed something. Thanks again, Riverman |
