 Hi wange sorry about the confusion 1.5.\10,11,12 & 13 are OK to use even JRE 6 without any updates is fine, the prob starts with JRE 6 u 1. If you have installed newer java versions, you should do a search of your COM for old java files including Prefech files & delete them before reinstall, careful you don't remove the installer files, Put your old installers into a new folder on a drive where you will not delete by accident , if this fails to improve things Post your details, I will see what I can do to help.
