 i was scammed?  .. geez i've been downloading from lw since july 2005 and there was no such $39 per 2 yr subscription?.. this was the version i had before i uninstalled it - LimeWire 4.9.4.. i don't know where to check if i have an external modem.. sorry!.. ok i still have some lw files left in my system that i guess i have to delete completely before i install the 'real' lw lol.. i'll see how it works then maybe upgrade to pro.. see what happens from there.. will also configure my firewall settings.. thanks birdy.  |
