![]() i had the exact same problem. did you just download the newer version of limewire. for me it became such and issue that i ended up completely re booting my computer, turns out that i actually had some sort of worm attached to it. now i dont know if its just limewire, but yea thats what i did. before you do it though, if your thinking about it, make sure u get rid of limewire completely, assl version and icons. then do it, otherwise when you reboot it will just pop right back up into your computer and your problem will continue with each new installation. or you can try to download an older version of limewire which i did not try. |

Try the fix in this thread(Try it first): To fix the limewire keeps popping up / no taskmanager bug do the following More virus info in this thread: WARNING: Viruses on network you should be aware of! You can also try downloading AVG(free), update it, and scan your computer: AVG Free Advisor: AVG Anti-Virus Free. We've had luck with it cleaning some other viruses.
