Default ERROR pop up. help

Windows xp
LimeWire 4.12.14


i dont know what i did wrong. i recenty re booted my computer to factory settings because of a worm. i was able to completely remove the worm however now there is a problem with limewire (and mozilla firefox alike)

when i start limewire i get an error notice
"limewire was unable to write a necessary file because you do not have the necessary permissions. Yout preferences may not be maintained the next time you start LimeWire, or LimeWire may behave in unexpected ways."

is htere anything wrong?
