Now I have a new problem (keep having to reinstall LW)

Once I download LimeWire and make it run right after installing it works, but then after I close it and try to open it again it wont. Now I have to delete all the files relating to LimeWire, restart my cmputer, then re-install it for it to work. What is wrong?
