library issues

Thanks for that however i tried that before and again this time with your instruction and all it lists is the first 25 saved not the hundreds more that are missing. I've rebooted the computer and checked firewalls but I can't get to my list. Even the new stuff that I download won't show. Basically My library is a blank screen. Any other suggestions??
