Oh. My. God. (Can't click on anything in LW)

I use limewire pro, and today when I connected I couldn't click - at all. I can sort of navigate using the alt, tab and arrow keys, but I can't click on anything.

I never used to have this problem, first time today.

I uninstalled and reinstalled Limewire, and Java, but still nothing works.

Help, please?!
