Need Help Converting Limewire Files to Itunes

Hey everyone,

I literally just downloaded Limewire and recently updated a few songs to see if it works.

But i know it's possible, but I have no idea how to convert my songs to my Itunes library.

So any help is appreciated for probably this simple task.
