Hi, Well Recently I had a problem. I downloaded couple files from limewire and when I try dragging them to I-Tunes, A pop up comes saying "File:/C:/documents%20and%20settings/administator/shared/I-Doser%20-%20A-Bomb.mp3 doesn't seem to be a valid podcast url.

Please check that you have enterd the correct url and try again."

any help?

Sorry Wildelake...for the delay, but I have no idea why you are getting this error message, but i will ask around and see if anyone else knows what it's about...

Are you sure the files are mp3's? Go to options to show hidden extensions. You may find they are not mp3's after all but something like ... xxxx.mp3.htm

Another possibility is the file name is too long & the file extension has been lost. In that case you'd need to manually add the.mp3 extension.

Also, go to iTunes preferences under Edit menu -> Advanced -> Importing & make sure the option to copy files to iTunes Music Library when importing is ticked.

u could move it to a different folder in say 'My Music' and then try to import it into i-tunes

Before i said anything i will like to said hello to every member and moderadors im just new to here.
so i will like to tell my problem....when i try to shared or burn the music i download the program said this: windows media player encountered an uknow error. this can occurswhen another program operating or operated system component ecounter a problem but does not comunicate the nature of the problem to the player, CooD11CD:UKNOWN ERROR,I USE TO USE LIME WIRE,before the version before and never happen this. my version now is 4.14.7,can somebody help me out thanks in advanced .i just pay the progrm and happen this.

mayb u cant jst drag them 2 itunes straight away. mayb u hav 2 save them 2 something like 'My Computer' or sumthing then drag them 2 itunes. hope i helpt

Hi thanks for your fasr answer ,i went through the site and read read...until they told me that they dont find a fix for that error,they even recomend neros, i have that program too but never use with lime wire ineed some tips for,so ican learn how to burn cd with neros using lime wire.by the way i delete the old version of lw and the new one 4.14.7 delete too,now i dont know if appears like a frre download.because i download again and send version 4.14.8,thanks whatever you can do it.
