It may have to do with a setting in your graphics card. Try LOTR's suggestions in this thread: LW loading blank and how i fixed it. Also if you've changed skins, try changing it back to the default.

I found the problem: there is a registry setting that had the Limewire resolution at 640x480, 256 colors, so everytime it launched it tried to change my settings. No idea how it got there. The uninstaller leaves alot of reg keys behind, so after manually removing all traces of Limewire and re-installing, it worked fine. Thanks though, hope this helps someone else.
