Program keeps starting up on its own - please make it stop!!

I will close down the Limewire program and in about 1 minute it is open again. I have taken it off automatically starting when Windows starts but it still just keeps opening up. Please help - this is annoying...

you have a virus...use the forum search function (up on the right side of the blue bar above) to research this problem...

You have the Alcan virus.

Fairly harmless but has the annoying side-effect of making LimeWire open all by itself constantly.

Do a virus scan or manually search for it. It should be in the Limewire folder.
