I keep having a yellow alert triangle pop up on my toolbar that says "LimeWire.exe-Corrupt File" The file downloads.bak is corrupt and unreadable. Please run the Chkdsk utility. I've tried everything i know but can't get rid of it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've tried uninstalling LimeWire and that doesn't help so now i don't know what to do. Thanks in advance for the help.

Try this...
Uninstall Limewire using the uninstaller which is found in start > all programs > limewire...then re-install it using the offline installer...To find the offline installer, use the link below > cancel the installer window when it pop's up and then select the offline installer link...
