Take a look at this thread below.
You'll have to find your saved folder first...in LW's library highlight a file & click Explore. Your saved folder will open. Now add files from here into your iTunes library. There's a lot more info in this thread. Transferring music to iPod & iTunes.

the songs do appear on my itunes list but, I can't download them to my ipod.
