Default "ymeak" worm

Hey everyone.

A couple of months ago my sister downloaded a program from limewire that contained the ymeak worm. she tried to install the program and my computer became infected. when I got home I found that limewire was looping (re-opening whenever I closed it) and I couldn't access my task manager etc...

Well I immediately got rid of the worm using my HP's system recovery feature.

Now a couple months later one thing that still remains from that worm is a folder titled "_" (underscore) and it is in limewire's Library tab. I can see it on limewire but I cant see it in the explorer window.

Does anyone know how I can get rid of that folder? It is really bothering me.
