![]() Something very weird happened to limewire last night. I am using 4.12.6.(basic) This is what happened. I loaded limewire to download a new song, while typing the name into the search box, limewire shut itself down and automatically downloaded its new version, 4.14.10, I do not know if it is Pro or not, and if it is, I am not able to pay. I did not click anything for this to happen. Why did it do this? I can't even load ANY of them now... whenever i try, I get a weird message from Java. Can someone please tell me whaat's going on... and possiably how to fix it? Will a system restore on the computer help? |

![]() It wouldn't be a pro version you have, it would still be the basic.. Why this happened to you, I'm not real sure, what I do know is that limewire want everyone updated to their latest version and I guess they are resorting to this type of trickery know... Many forum helpers here don't agree with what has been happening latley, regarding the update... ![]() Onto your problem... Try uninstalling all versions of Java from the add/remove programs and then re-install the JRE 5.11 offline version.... Archive: Download Java 2 Platform Standard Edition (J2SE) 5.0 Update 11
