Open limewire and go to Tools>Options>Sharing, and you'll see a list of your shared folders. There is probably only one, unless you've already added others to it. It should be C:\Documents and Settings\"your account name"\Shared. Also look on the Library page(in LW) and you'll see all the files your sharing.
