Hello all and thanks for including me in the group! I am having a very frustrating issue with WMP11. I have been burning cd's for years, but have just upgraded my media player to 11 and now am sooooo frustrated!!! I add the songs I want to the burn list, click the "start burn" button, and the songs begin to be converted. They all convert, then ONLY 4-5 will burn to the cd; at which point I get the "WMP can not burn to the CD, please check the disk, or choose a different speed"...or something like that. WHAT THE!! So I now have 3 cd's with 4 songs each. I slowed down the burning process, am using Maxell CD-R's (which have always treated me good in the past), and the music is not protected. What now? I have a party on Sat that the music is for....and I really don't wanna have to go PAY MORE for halloween music that I have on my computer or have to listen to it on the teeny little speakers in my laptop!!! Please help....what else should I check?
