I'm running Windows XP(service pack 2) on a Dell Dimension 3000. I have windows live onecare. 768 mb of ram. 14 gigs of memory available. Broadband. Isp:Windstream (Alltel). I went to the link: http://www3.limewire.com:6346/ . Yes, it worked. I've been using Limewire for about a year now. Suddenly, it won't work. I think it's called the splash screen? It pops after I start Limewire and shows me whats loading. At 12%(loading HTML engine), it just stops. It's still there as I'm typing this message. Please help!

Try both steps 5 & 6 here Fixes for Limewire (click on blue link). Changing compatibility to NT has worked well recently.
