Microsoft Visual C++ Debug Library ERROR??

I am using XP Pro and LW 4.14.10.

I was able to use LW normally and then all of a sudden I am getting this message!

When I hit Ignore I get this:

Exception Breakpoint
A breakpoint has been reached.
(0x80000003) occured in the Application at location 0x7c901230

and then the program shuts off. This happens about 2 mins after starting LM.

I ran all the normal scans. Started in Safe Mode with Networking and it still did it.

I made sure the default settings are being used. I reinstalled. NOTHING!

For the 2 mins it works fine...it is downloading normally...then this!

ANY IDEAS??
