When I open limewire it says it has encoutered aproblem and needs to close!

IT WILL SAY:
Limewire has encountered a problem and needs to close

Because of this, i have NEVER been able to open Limewire, Morpheus, Windows media or any other media system. UGH! I don't think its my firewall, because ive turned it off. PLEASE HELP!
