Im tryin to download limewire but when I click on the windows thing on the main site nothing pops up to start the downlaod or anything

Does this happen if you try downloading something else - like for instance this?
Or is it related only to limewire.com?

Have you tried downloading the full offline installation??

I am having problems with downloading music. I search an artist and it appears to be downloading, but when it is complete, nothing appears in the results box. The artist appears in blue at the top with a (0) next to it!!!???? Can anyone help me???? It's my first time on here and obviously don't know what I am doing

Are you sure you spell the artist name correct? You see, this zero (0) means that Limewire hasn't found any files with the search criteriaz you've given it.

Try searching for a song instead, and don't put the whole song title in there - maybe just a word or two that is special to that title. The less you write, the more it will find. So instead of looking through that long main list appearing, you should look through the genre, artist and album lists appearing on the left.
