I have sent e-mails through the pro support and can't get anything other than a lame , useless e-mail saying they will get back to me.
Does anyone know of a phone # or chat to the support team? I have wasted an entire afternoon waiting for help.
Is this what I can expect around here?

for one thing....'here' is NOT in any way officially affiliated with LW...we are unpaid volunteers who support the gnutella network...as far as getting any 'help' here, well make a post in the appropriate location and wait for some do gooder to take the time to respond and remember said respondent is unpaid

You won't get ANY Support from Limewire.
This is a help Forum only supported by Unpaid Volunteers, that have nothing to do with Limewire LLC at all.
If we can possibly help with your problem then we will. If YOU come in here with an attitude, you may never get any help. We do this in our spare time and will not put up with any B/S.
If you would like to post about the problems your having, I'm sure someone will attempt to help.

Thank you for the response. I should clarify. "Here", as I refered too, was meant Lime Wire. Doesn't LW help their customers?
I would certainly appreciate the good efforts of others, but my quest is to get hold of someone in LW Pro Support. Do you know if LW has a chat suppot line or a phone # to ask a question. I have wasted an entire afternoon waiting for a response from them and lost a good days work as a result.

I'm sort of pissed that I get no response from LimeWire. I didn't realize that this is another entity when I first posted. Please, my frustrations are not directed to anyone other than Lime Wire. I would most certainly appreciate any help , and offer the same, if I could.

No Support from them. The only thing I will suggest is to visit the Limewire Forum. Some of the Developers hang out there sometimes. I think you'll be wasting a lot more time waiting on them, but here you go.
